The Dutch flower parade is a dazzling event that more than 50,000 people from all around the world come to see every year. The parade makes its way from the Aalsmeer flower auction right into the Amsterdam city center. Trucks covered in every type of flower you can think of, and some that you've never seen before, drive along the parade route, while local children sing and dance as they march beside them. Add music and costumes, and you have all the ingredients for a real carnival! The parade starts September 4th, and is well worth watching and enjoying.
